MINDFUL MEDITATION

MINDFUL MEDITATION IS EXPERIENCING RATHER THAN JUDGING

Mindful meditation is an altered state of consciousness.

Mindful meditation is the experience of oneness.

Mindful meditation is in the experience of bliss.

Mindful meditation is the experience of the God that I am and you are.

Mindful meditation can be entered into by repeating the first commandment “I am the Lord thy God”
