Mindful meditation is not a technique. It is a very high emotional state of being.

It can be experienced by anyone, but cannot be described.

Love, peace, and happiness are synonyms for mindful meditation.

One can raise his emotional level from sadness to Joy by asking himself ” how does it feel to be truly happy?”

Our Eternal conscious mind will show you, Not in words, but experience.

This experience is mindful meditation.
