The time not spent in mindful meditation is a waste of time.

Thinking about the past – no matter how pleasant – is of no more value than last nights dream.

When the mind is filled with the experience of NOW, it is filled with the presence of the GOD that you ARE and I AM.

This is mindful meditation!

In that glorious state, life is experienced as heaven on earth.

Mindful meditation is a state that can be entered by will.

One has but to ask himself ” What’s it like to be really happy?”

His infinite living mind Will show him the incredible NOW!!

Mindful meditation is the technique of choice for elevating ones mood from the blues to joy – from here to eternity!!!
